The most recent data shows that Partners for a Malaria-Free Zambia, the 2021 Programs of Scale awardee, has spurred sustained improvement in health outcomes for people in 10 districts in Zambia. Program organizers continue to promote the community health worker model to reduce severe malaria cases and deaths. Rotary members in Zambia traveled to all 10 district health offices in 2025, one year after the program funding ended in 2024, to gather the data.
