Frederick Hsiu-Ming Lin, a trustee of The Rotary Foundation since 2020, died 11 January at the age of 73.

Lin was a member of the Rotary Club of Taipei Tungteh, Taiwan, and had been a Rotarian since 1988. He was managing director of Continental Worldwide Enterprises Co. Ltd., a company that designs and integrates satellite communications systems. He served Rotary as a district governor, learning facilitator, regional Rotary Foundation coordinator, Rotary coordinator, RI president's representative, committee member and chair, and a member and treasurer of the RI Board of Directors. He was a recipient of the Service Above Self Award and The Rotary Foundation Citation for Meritorious Service.

He and his wife, Jane Chen-Yi, were members of the Arch Klumph Society. Lin was also a Benefactor of the Rotary Foundation and a Paul Harris Fellow.
