When you enter your credit card information, you give Rotary International permission to process the transaction. Credit cards are charged in real time. By completing your payment, you are acknowledging and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
Rotary International may change, add, modify, or remove portions of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. It is your responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions prior to each use of the site. Using this site indicates your agreement to changes in the Terms and Conditions.
Event registration cancellation and refund policy
All registrations are subject to the event's cancellation and refund policy. Please refer to the event's website or registration materials to review the policy.
Contributions to The Rotary Foundation
Your contribution to The Rotary Foundation or one of its associate foundations is an irrevocable gift that will be used as you indicate. Rotary International, on behalf of The Rotary Foundation and its associate foundations, will process your contribution. Rotary International does not offer any goods or services in return for contributions. This agreement sets forth the terms and conditions under which you donate funds through Rotary International's website.
Contribution refund policy
If you or Rotary International makes an error in your contribution, we will refund the transaction within 15 days of receipt of notice of the error. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment. If you made your contribution by credit card, your refund will be credited to that credit card.
